Looking for FRESH Avonia quinaria seeds

Dear all,
Sorry I have to try here because I haven’t got any luck at “Seed Depot” section.
Do/Will anybody have FRESH Avonia quinaria seeds (both subspecies, quinaria and alstonii) of this year? MG and other major seed dealers don’t have them; tried Amazon/eBay but the (mixed Avonia) seeds didn’t germinate at all, possibly because they were old (Avonia seeds have to be fresh to germinate); or would anyone by chance know any reliable resource(s) for fresh A.quinaria seeds?
Sorry I may not be able to swap at this moment but I’d love to pay for the seeds and postage via PayPal.
