I think it is Lobivia, but i am not sure.

pygmaeocereus maybe?

One of the few cactus lovers in Lebanon (zone 11a) :mrgreen:

Probably Pygmaeocereus bieblii, but a better shot of the body would help. I presume it opens it's flowers at night since Pygmaeocereus are mainly nocturnal flowering?
