OK. I'm awful tired, so I'm just going to put up some pictures, and not talk them to death. I'll have a couple of comments, but not many. Again, I'll depend on YOUR comments regarding whether or not YOU find this series of postings valuable at all ... or should I give it up and go somewhere else?
I bought this Euphorbia in 2014. An American quarter is just over 24mm wide.
.
I think it doubled in size the first year.
.
I have NO idea why, nor can I control it, the system turns SOME pictures sideways and not others. They are NOT on my desktop computer like this! My apologies! In 2016, there were two places on it that reverted from the cristata form that it held when I bought it. I'm SURE you can see both of them.
.
In 2017, one of the "reversion" growths started growing an arm.
.
In January of this year, 2018, I decided that the succulent should NOT be BOTH cristata AND normal growth. So I cut off the two NORMAL growths, and planted them by themselves.
.
And six months later, that ONE single "arm" is now at least five "arms" ... and I THINK (i'm NOT getting up to go look) that the smaller of the two pieces that I cut for replanting has also started growing an arm. It's just on the other side ... OK, OK, OK ... I'll go look... yes, I was right. The smaller of the two pieces is also growing an "arm", so that's six arms over the two pieces in six months. And the taller of the two pieces is just barely over 8 inches (just over 20cm) tall. In six months, the planted cuttings have doubled their height.
