Shrivelled Panda Plant

Recently my panda plant has shriveled tips, with the shriveling getting worse over several weeks. I had tried watering it slightly more frequently (partly due to it being in a small pot), but it doesn't seem to have any effect. I increased the watering from once a week to twice a week. Am i doing something wrong with it? Any tips on how to bring it back to health?
