Im new with Lithops. Im wondering what it this growing on my Lithop? (Photo)

Do I stop watering from here? I was told to not water Lithops from late october to April but this one could be early.

I think you stop watering Lithops after they are done flowering and start again when the old stems get paper thin and new stems show up.

Agreed - continue normal watering (water when it wrinkles) until after flowering is complete.
