New from Massachusetts

Hey. I'm new, both to the forums and to cacti. When I had a desk job, a coworker brought little cacti back from Arizona for several of us. I didn't have adequate lighting (or rather, I didn't KNOW what was adequate lighting) so when I left the job, I left the cactus (he was named Steve) for others to care for. That was years ago and I've always missed him. Several months ago, I was given a 2 dollar cactus from CVS and I remembered how much I loved them. After doing some reading I've been completely enthralled by how unique cacti are and so I dove deeper, and here I am.
