Lovely! Would you please show the plant, too? I am curious as I don't know them.
Thanks.

My Lopho's haven't flowered yet usually they flower in the middle of Summer here. They are just starting to wake up now after 'sleeping" during Winter and really shriveling up during that time. Yours is in 100% pumice ? Looks happy enough in that sunny window.

yes, that cacs has pure pumice. haven*t watered it since october, as usual. and it never flowered in spring, middle of summer is the usual time (if at all).
so i am really surprised.
last summer it got a new place on the balcony, obviously it loved it. this south side window (relatively cool sleeping room, sun is the only heating) is the usual winter quarter.

My lophs started making fruit about three weeks ago and flowers about a week ago. It's getting a little warmer and we had some light rain. They are all puffed up and ready to go. I seem to recall my lophs flowering whenever it's not cold. Cold here is below 60F (to me, anyway).

Most of my cactus are just waking up, some early flowers now like turbinicarpus. A few conophytums are already asleep.
