Fertilizer when repot?

should i put fertilizer on my cactus after repoting?need info before I proceed.

It would help to know where you are located (at least northern or southern hemisphere)
If it's winter then NO water or fertilizer till spring

I live in Asia and now is dry season.Is it okay?

You should wait till march or april

If your potting mix contains nutrients, there's no need to hurry about fertilizing right after you repot anyway. If using a pure mineral mix, you need to fertilize regularly during the growing season - but never fertilize during the dormant season. Agreed - March or April at the earliest.
