I ordered 100 seeds and i can probably shell out 15-20 seeds. However, my order is not here yet. I believe it's held by customs.
If you can't find any seeds i'll be your backup

I got some from adblps last year, had decent germination. They have sold out for 2019 now.

I can get these but 44c a seed seems a bit steep? (That’s after postage).

Mesa Garden has it on its list. The new list will be updated somewhere early / mid March.

Don't go to Ebay. It's just expensive and you can't trust the seller in many cases. Always go to the commercial seed sellers or to the seedlists of specialised succulent organisations (although in most cases you need to be a member).

I wouldn't completely agree here. I'd never buy seeds from China off Ebay, but I'd be happy to give specialist succulent sellers with good feedback (espcially from repeat buyers) a go. Not all are expensive, and if you don't want to place a larger order from a non-ebay supplier, can be worthwhile for a packet or 2.

I have occasionally sold cacti seeds (and plants) on eBay, especially when I have a bunch from a less-common species. I would never sell junk seeds, or seeds from uncontrolled pollination. I also try to price them reasonably. However, I can see Aiko's point. You never know what you're going to get. How long would it be before you find out if you got ripped off? Years? One problem with eBay is that shipping can be cost prohibitive, since there is an expectation that all packages should be track-able. How much should one expect to pay for 25-30 seeds and shipping, when a track-able package costs at least three dollars? I have been experimenting with free shipping in a first class letter envelope, and so far that has been a success--no crushed seeds or negative feedback. I don't expect my good luck to last. I guess one advantage of buying from eBay is you don't have to wait long to receive your order, assuming you buy from your country/region. The other advantage, at least in my case, is you will probably get some genetic variability, not just the same old SB## stock.
