Hello! Need some leaf sprout help.

Post by Taylorgirl »

Hello from Indiana! Couldn’t find a forum thread that this would fit in. I am new to succulents and bought a set of leaf sprouts to get me started. Many of the leaves produced multiple starts. My question is how long do I wait before dividing the babies and how do I go about it? Most of the parent leaves have withered and fallen off by now. For some reason I saw very little in the forum about leaf sprouts. Is there a reason for that, or is it so easy no one asks questions? Lol Thanks so much!!!!! Taylorgirl

Hello and welcome to the forum!
Hard to give an advice without a pic.
In general if the parent leaf is dry then you can separate small plantlets now or let them grow a bit bigger.

Thanks. I have several verities so I was looking for a general answer. Basically, after seperating them, do I need to let them dry out again before planting?
