Still hot here but the conophytums are waking up, most of them are at least. I think 90f today 32C. Any conophytum seeds I start will be inside I have learned it gets too hot in the fall around here for growing them from seed outside. interesting plants probably make good inside windowsill growers if its sunny enough in the winter.

Some of them have been to Phoenix AZ and back. I have to brace them for the fall winds that are due any week now. That's the main downfall they blow over in windstorms even if they are heavy with plants.
