Matelea Cyclophylla advice

Hello! Im thinking about buying this Matelea Cyclophylla but since its not a hugely popular plant I cant seem to find any good care information and was wondering if any of you had any experience! I grow a lot of Huernias and Stapelias and some Hoodia but have no experience with these. I dont want to murder this thing as soon as I get it.

They are very easy. When the leaves fall off, I stop watering until they break dormancy by showing leaf buds in the spring.
