Please help me figure out what's wrong with my propeller plant

Hi there,

I'm trying to figure out what's happening with my propeller plant. This spot came on fairly quickly. There is another brown spot on the leaf above, but otherwise it seems healthy and is getting new growth.

I don't know why that leaf is dying, but if it was my plant I wouldn't be too worried. The concentric ring pattern on the dead spot strikes me as unusual though and maybe somebody will recognize it as a disease. But lower leaves dying isn't that unusual and overall the plant looks decently healthy to me

I would remove the dead leaf as a basic sanitary measure.
