They are breath-taking, your pictures. Thank you, Shane.
How about temperatures, is it cool there or as hot as a hair dryer? I exect the air is absolutely dry?

A few years back I spent several days at a resort hotel near Tucson, Arizona. All around that place were large numbers of these magnificent saguaro cacti. Too bad, I could not take one home on the plane with me.

I don't live in the area, but visit sometimes as I have relatives there. It's cool in Tucson in the winter. There are freezes and occasional light snow, but nothing
too serious. I understand it's blazing hot in the summer though I've been lucky enough not to experience that (yet). It's not
always dry in the winter. Several days I was there most recently it was humid and rained some
I have some other pics from the area (Saguaro National Park) which I plan to post soon. If I don't, please nag me...
