Propagation Heat Mats for rooting

I was wondering if anyone has any experience using heating mats for accelerating rootings especially for Euphorbias and Opuntias ?? I am also considering creating a plastic sheeting tent around my rooting table to hold some of the heat back. Part of the end walls would have some sort of adjustable vent to control temp but allow for moderate air movement. The idea is to hold the heat especially around the base of the cuttings but also to prevent condensation buildup which could encourage all kinds of mold/fungus/bacterial diseases. Any idea on temperature range - 10degrees, 20 degrees above ambient ( 70 F). I was considering this method to improve the odds of successful rooting in the same season and to relocate the them into the greenhouse by mid summer.
