Propagating the root stock

Greetings from Romania! I'm super new to cactus world and so excited to learn more. I recently purchased a coral cactus grafted to Euphorbia neriifolia. My question is: can i propagate in any way the root stock? Or will the root stock sprout buds, or branches, or something that i can simply use to start a new plant? Because I kind of like the species the root stock is and I can't find it anywhere to buy as it is, without grafts. Thanks!
