My crown of thorns or Euphorbia Milli in full flower today 1st April 2020. Location Pakistan. Planted in the ground circa 2017. Left to it's own devices outside and allowed to grow in the natural unamended soil.
What do you guys make of it. Comments welcome.
Online it says the plant does not tolerate low temperatures but this winter has been particularly cold and prolonged here with temperatures dropping to around the freezing point.

Re: My Crown of Thorns
They're listed as hardy to USDA zones 9 - 11, which implies that they could survive light frost, though said to "respond poorly" (whatever that means) to temperatures near freezing. Any given hybrid might vary somewhat in hardiness, and it's definitely a hybrid - much larger flowers than the type species, and it's slightly variegated.
Obviously it's hardy enough for your climate. It has had some die-back, but nothing to worry about. I think it adds to its thorny character, I like the effect - but some people think I'm weird.
