Pleiospilos simulans (liver plant, split rock plant) is a species of flowering plant in the family Aizoaceae, once endemic to the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Known populations of the plant in the wild are now extinct due its collection as an ornamental plant for succulent collectors.[1] It is a small, low-growing, perennial with succulent leaves and orange or yellow many-petaled flowers.

Bought it from miles2go .👍

Ariocarpus flowering and they have been cross pollinated will expect seed pods next Summer. The smaller ones are over 10 years old.

Dinteranthus vanzylii also cross pollinated hope for seed pods they are hard for me to grow from seed so if I get hundreds of seed some should make it. Maybe ?

All larger cactus will not be watered for awhile starting now.

Turbinicarpus jauernigii in flower and Dinterianus vanzyii almost in flower at a local backyard collection / nursery where the owner was growing thousands of mesembs in mostly decomposted granite.
