I'm pretty sure this is Astrophytum myrostigma cv. onzuka. If I'm not mistaken, they can have anywhere from 4 to 6 ribs. We have all these that have five ribs and one single plant with four ribs.

My best guess for this is Astrophytum asterias, but the concave ribs make me think that can't be right.

The above picture is astrophytum, maybe myriostigma. Second one is a echinopsis hybrid not a species
Location : Sri Lanka, tropical climate, no winters. :hello2:

Never mind. It's Echinopsis subdenudata. Geez, I'm out of practice.

Never seen echinopsis subdenudata clump like some of those in the picture
