Maybe to much light?

Hey guys, just someone trying something me here.

Would you guys and gals say that this little guy is getting to much light? Just brought him out for a little water

Any help is appreciated :-k

No, unfortunately it's rot, this happens mostly when the growing conditions are not sterile, very wet, organic matter is used and humidity is high providing conditions for a fungus to grow.
Location : Sri Lanka, tropical climate, no winters. :hello2:

Thank you, least I k ow now, got a pot with more babies in but they all seem to be doing just fine, gues we need to organise a funeral ✌🏼
