In the US? I don't know but they must be there. Start with ebay.

MikeInOz; Are there more than two lutea’s? Your reply ‘all of those’ sounds to me like you are referring to more than two ?MikeInOz wrote: ↑Tue Aug 24, 2021 1:01 amHi DaveDaveW wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 8:21 am Hi Mike,
That seems to be what the Continentals call Schlumbergera lutea (easy form) with the larger joints? Presume it will flower yellow and confirm it when it does?

I have just been given a cutting of the small jointed form which presumably is not so easy, although it is just putting out roots. Will see if I can keep it over the winter.

There is subspecies bradei as well.

Yes I have all of those. None are large enough to flower yet. Keeping them alive is first priority, and that's why I will seek to graft all of them as a back up. I don't think I will be able to replace them.
As I understand it, the first and last of your links is the same plant and the second one is subsp bradei. The long leaf form is quite different, leaves are twice as long as the nominal form but no wider. Of course I could be wrong about everything!
To my knowledge there is S.lutea and S.lutea ssp.bradei. What is S.lutea.ssp.lutea then? The same as the first mentioned? And what is ‘the easy form’? I thought it was lutea ? ( I am now referring to the form with broad ‘leaves’) Looking at different pics online there also seems to be a form with longer ( but not wider) leaves, as you mentions above. What is the name on this form? This would explain why you are mentioning ‘all of those’?
*confused*
If you have pics of yours ( the different types) it would be great to see! A last question, does grafting alters the size of the ‘leaves’ in any way on this species?
Re: Epiphytes
I grafted some S. lutea a few months ago into strong Schlum hybrid. One already has flower buds!
If I get the chance I will try to pollinate it with a truncata - just for fun.......
