Hi, a friend acquired this little beauty and was wondering what it is. Any help appreciated!

It looks a lot like a Pereomia, a bit like Peperomia graveolens, but can't find an exact match, so either it's the growing conditions that turned it a bit off, or it's a hybrid or cultivar, or....it's something entirely different ;)

Definitely a peperomia, looks like a possible new species. Could also be a hybrid like Jangaudi said though.

Kew think it is the same species as Peperomia verticillata.

More light needed? Or less plant food?
