Why not just buy a cactus seeds mixture from a standard flower seed supplier for a few dollars?

See the 'Updated seed lists' thread on this forum to be updated about new seed lists being published. A few have already been published in the last few weeks. All in Europe, though, but that should not be a big problem I reckon.
