the first I don't know the gender but the last 2 seem melocactus and
They are very similar but note that one does not have a central spine
error, the last photo is the detail of the cactus2

The second one is a Melocactus for sure, I wouldn't be able to tell you which species in specific
Location: Central highlands of Guatemala, 14°N from the equator. Altitude: 1539M AMSL. Climate: Cwb, Subtropical Highland variety. Humidity: 100%
