Basically, this is where I'll compile anything I acquire on the basis of "hey, that's cool"...

Plants:
Albuca (Ornithogalum) Osmynellum-Nice curly leaves
Sarcocaulon (Monsonia) Crassicaule- Fat stem, kinda spiky, cool divided leaves
Oxalis Megalorrhiza- Succulent stem, clover leaves, yellow flowers, grows and spreads like a weed
Oxalis Palmifrons- Cool leaves, haven't seen the flowers yet
Ruschia Perfoliata- Cool leaf shape, fascinating way they 'stack' on top of each other, beautiful mesemb flowers
Schizobasis (Drimia) Intricata (Thanks so much Tetrazole :)! )- Looks like an onion, grows like a weed, weird inflorescensce
Monilaria Pisciformis- Was listed on eBay this morning, bought it in an instant, great seller

Seeds:
Welwitschia Mirabilis- Best $25 I've ever spent (They haven't sprouted yet, even though they should've sprouted like a week ago I don't plan on throwing them away)
Monilaria Pisciformis 'Quaggaskop'- Seedlings now, same seller as the Pisciformis plant

The Sarcocaulon, Albuca, Ruschia and Monilaria are winter active plants. Keep that in mind for next spring / summer.

The Welwitschia should have a splash of water regularly. They are not hard to grow, but should not be treated like a succulent with a long drought dormancy. A Splash of water throughout the year is needed. And it does not like to be repotted for the first few years, at least according to information around the web (I haven't repotted mine, so can't tell if this is true or probably not).

Thanks Aiko :) :)

I forgot to mention my namesake, I'm an absolute idiot, but I have an adult Pseudolithos Sphaericus and a baby Pseudolithos Mig. along with the remnants of my old colection, which are a baby Cono. Maughanii, a Cono Flavum v Ornatum, and an adorable baby Pellucidum. I also have a huge Albuca Circinata that's currently recovering and some half-dead bulbs that I salvaged like some ledebouria socialis v violacea, 7 dormant DIoscorea Elephantipes that I grew from seed, and (I don't know if this counts as a succulent) a Myrmecodia Platytrea (ant plant)

Sorry I only have a laptop, no phone to take pics with :(

BTW,I've read and reread your amazing topic, 'Cultivation of a Dioscorea Elephantipes', ever since I started lurking and you were still known as TheClosetGuy

P.s. I'd love to trade w/ you if you have anything, you have a great collection and I'd love to own a tiny part of it :)

You could use an external webcam plugged into your laptop to take pictures, I've done that. You can get one that's adequate for the job pretty cheap.

Well done.
Harder is to keep it going for a while. Don't let the soil dry out for too long (or to much?), but at the same time try to keep fungus out. Once the first true leaves have developed, you are probably out of the woods and then just keep going like you did for the coming years (although if the plant is a bit bigger it might not mind being dry for a little while too much).

What I did is I sprouted it in conditions where no fungus will start... room temp and humidity, and It has never been in anything else. Sure, it may grow slower, but slow is better than dead. I water daily and keep it in a joined pot (two pots in one setup) with my plantation of Schizobasis intricata seedlings from Tetrazole (Thanks so much :D)

Lots of interesting plants I've never heard of on your list. Might be time for some impulse buying of my own...
