Miniature palm tree purple bell flower?

Hi forum

I've searched for this succulent under "miniature palm tree succulent (+purple flower bell)" but I can't find a similar plant. Other than that I don't know how to even describe it! :)
Does anyone know even what genus it might be?

It is a Kalanchoe, but I'm not sure which species
Los Angeles, California (USA)
Zone 10b (yearly minimum temperature 1-5° C)

Fishhook cacti are like cats, they only like to be petted in one direction
