Post by Tyrfing »

According to my very best googling skills this is a male Euphorbia obesa. Could anyone please confirm the sex of this?

Wow, I'm surprised! Are Euphorbia should have pair for pollination? Only 'girl' can produce seeds?
Best regards,

Yes ! you always need both sexes to produce seeds. There's some reports of Euphorbias sprouting both male and female flowers at a certain stage, not sure why, ultimate survival perhaps ? The are after all a very succesful genus.
