Anyone know if kalanchoe can hybridize with echeveria or sedum?
I know echeveria and sedum can hybridize but I couldn't find any information if kalanchoe could as well.

I have never heard of any. You are more likely to be successful with a cross between Kalanchoe and Cotyledon, Tylecodon or Adromischus, as they are in the same section of Crassulaceae as Kalanchoe. Interestingly, they also all contain similar heart-stopping steroids.
Echeveria, Graptopetalum, Pachyphytum and Sedum are all regarded as being closely related to each other.
