So I started to sow lophophora fricii from my pollination
It's my 8 attempt , my first and second was not successfully
It's like 50-100seed in each box and I have 9 in total
I use 100% peatmoss as soil

Looking good but I've never had success with peatmoss... Have you tried other substrates? I think coco coir is easier

So far it's my best method using peatmoss,
Maybe your problem is the peatmoss not completely wet
Make sure your peatmoss all moist because it will going dry in top so the seed not get enough water and then cover your seedling with plastics, never let peatmoss dry
