The taller was added to the collection yesterday. The 2 smaller are cuttings that I rooted. I just can not decided if they are Stetsonia or Trichocereus.
Thank you

Look to be Stetsonia Coryne, though they could use a little rest from the sun, at least that taller one. I keep mine under mostly shade cloth so they retain their striking greenish blue.

Re: Stetsonia or Trichocereus
That biggest one is looking pretty yellow, often a sign of heat stress. A bit more shade during the hot weather would probably help it.
I'm inclined toward Stetsonia, too - but I can see why you are unsure, so am I.

Re: Stetsonia or Trichocereus
The 2 cutting sit under 60% shade cloth all day. I've been nursing them for 3 months. I'm finally seeing some new green at the crowns. The newer was just bought and was sitting in direct sun. It's now under the shade cloth. It's 2 ft tall. and only cost $35.00 . Lets see if it recovers from the sun exposure. They are full sun plants.
Thanks TKC.

Yes, they are full sun plants, but the weather has been unusually hot. It's just a cosmetic issue, anyway, in habitat no one cares if they turn yellow.

My Daughter lives in Portland. . And it was hot. She was part of the 25% who had A/C. Lucky her.

Didn't get quite as hot here, fortunately - we don't have A/C. Still, it was 3 days over 100f, with a peak of 109f - pretty miserable.
