Im not sure what type of Cactus this is. It would be great if I could have help identifying it.

It's a (monstrose/crested) form of Opuntia microdasys (Bunny ears).

Agreed. These are pretty common, but this one has an especially weird growth pattern - it would be interesting to see how it develops.
