I think this is some Lobivia, not Eriosyce. The plant definitely needs more unobscured sun and not shading.
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.

Not sure before seeing some flowers, the shape is altered by low light but Lobivia maximiliana is a possible name.

It definitely has ribs - not a Mammillaria.

I agree with 7george, it might be Lobivia maximiliana (syn Echinopsis maximiliana), but it's hard to tell from this picture - the cactus is somewhat etiolated, and the photo is a bit blurry. Let it grow a while in better light and a more definite ID will be possible.

Thanks. The etiolated part is just an offspring. Should I cut it out and replant?

That's not a bad idea - best to do it in the Spring.
