Is it a safe time of year to still be cutting pups?

Hello everyone. I was curious if it is still okay to be cutting pups from the mother plant? Do I need to wait until spring or is it safe to be performing this now?

Depends of the size of pups, bigger ones OK, smaller better to cut in spring. IMHO
