it looks like mammillaria dixanthocentron. But there are so many mammillaria and hybrids i could be completely wrong lol. wait till the experts weigh in. nice plant tho

I think it is Mammillaria pringlei (M. rhodantha ssp.pringlei)

Thanks, looks like a good match. I had originally thought Crinita but it seemed a bit off.
