I just seen these at my local garden centre in London who specialise in rare succulents and cacti.
I was wondering how old they could be?
To be honest i think the asking price is very good 170 pounds for a one of a kind specimen like this.
Euphorbia Inermis how old is this plant?

That's a nice looking plant.
Have you asked the seller how old it is?

Well. You will have to figure out if it is seed grown. Or if it is grown from a cutting.
Re: Euphorbia Inermis how old is this plant?
Thanks. Didn't really consider they could be grown from cuttings too. Just assumed it started from a small plant.
I didn't ask the seller how old it was but they had two available. I might get it if it's still available next month for my birthday.
I did get a small plant though...I wonder how many years it would take these small ones to get to that

They're said to be relatively slow growing - a decade, maybe?

Quite a price tag even with its size
Growing some succs and cacs in mid/coastal Scotland.
Re: Euphorbia Inermis how old is this plant?
Thanks sounds about reasonable with it being a slow grower and for it to get that full.
I thought £170 was kind of ok since it's been imported from Italy to the U.K. plus there's a potential 15% discount but still a lot of spend I guess.

That is an amazing Medusa's Head. Obviously not a young plant at all. Very healthy looking. Probably heavy also.

Turns out it isn't from Italy but from a wholesaler in Holland.

It wasn't heavy actually as I tried lifting it in the shop lol
