identification needed, Oregon pipe?

I believe this is an Oregon pipe cacti but I'm not 100% certain.
the plant is in a pot in the Coachella Valley California

Not sure what you mean, but this is not Stenocereus thurberi, the organ pipe cactus. Latter bloom or branch after stems became several meters high.

That on the photo is some Echinopsis. Like E. huascha or schickendantzii.
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.

Trichocereus (now lumped into Echinopsis). Either of what George says or hybrid of some kind since it is very floriferous for that size.
