Echinopsis. Trichocereus is a deprecated name.

Echinopsis atacamensis subs. pasacana or Echinopsis atacamensis is my best guess. But it could also be E candicans, E tarijensis, or E tacaquirensis. It could also be a funky hybrid, possibly something based on E huascha.

You should be able to tell better as it gets bigger.

I guess we will find out when it gets larger. Either way it's a very nice plant.
