I don't know if this question has been asked before, but is it hard to get seeds in Australia? Can you ship in seeds from outside?

It's a bit complicated. Unless I am running a business, I am not going to try to find out all the laws and regulations.
In Australia, each state have their own bio-security laws you need to complied with, which means there are certain plant materials (seeds included) are not allowed to be send to particular states, unless you have applied for the required permits, which for most people is not worth the efforts, unless you are operating a bigger business.
To import seeds or plant materials from other countries, there will be more requirements, including phytosanitary certificate, permit for particular species (lots of species are not permitted), quarantine requirements and etc..... lots of documentations.
There are some bigger suppliers that provide phytosanitary certificate if you purchased from them.
Of cause, there are always people who do it illegally.

Hello,Bryan,
your flowers are very nice. I want to ask you about this plant: Leuchtenbergia principis.

Is the color of the flowers different? Should the normal one be pure yellow?

The Leuchtenbergia principis of many friends here is yellow in color, so I feel special when I see your one.

Thigmonasty of cactus flowers??
I noticed flowers of a few cactus species showing thigmonasty.
Whenever I pollinating the flowers, stamens will close, some within seconds, while others take a bit longer.
Including Lophophora williamsii (and related species), and Pterocactus tuberosus. I am quite sure there are few others.
Pictures below show Pterocactus tuberosus flower close within few seconds, then reopen again in about 30 minutes.
