A friend of mine gifted me some micro plants but he didn’t know what are them
can you help me identify these two please?

I think the first one is some kind of Rebutia, possibly from Rebutia heliosa group (R "sunrise", or R.heliosa ssp.teresae). when it is blooming it will be easier to identify.
The second succulent is Haworthia reinwardtii

Haworthia reinwardtii is now Haworthiopsis reinwardtii.
