Please help me ID this Gymnocalycium

This guy is not in the best shape...please ignore the orange spots - I'm doing my best to treat them with a fungicide and an insecticide.

Initially I thought it was pflanzii or maybe castellanosii? I'm not really sure. It seems puffed up a bit unnaturally...I think it might have been overfertilized.

I very much appreciate your help!

This can be some G. castellanosii or even G. mostii, but not a pflanzii for sure. Even G. nigriareolatum is possible despite of multiple centrals.

Thank you! I think most likely castellanosii as well. The ribs/tubercles do not look at all like the pflanziis I have but I wondered if maybe it had just grown unnaturally.
