ID plz!

ID plz!

i got this cactus in april 2021 and it has almost tripled in size! by far one of my favorite plants i own, and i am about to move it to a new window since it has outgrown its current one, but am looking for an ID on what type it is so i can research and better care for it.

Looks to me like something from the Echinopsis genus. Might be hard to ID without flowers or a close up of its spines.

It looks to need a lot more light than it's currently getting

... and more space for the roots plus a pot with drainage holes was my guess. Hope it has well-draining soil.
