Gymnocalycium quehlianum?

I think this could be G.quehlianum? Was in a hurry and didn’t noticed the ‘rusty’ spots on one side before I got home. Have seen similar spots on some other cacti but it doesn’t seem to spread. Should I be conserned? The spots are only one this ‘side’ , the rest looks normal.
This was the only quehlianum in the shop and the first one I have seen IRL. I was pretty sure about the ID when I saw it and picked it up immidiatly. Quite nice flowers one some of the specimens I have seen on the net and I am hoping the weather next summer will be more Gymno ‘friendly’, so I can see some fully open flowers. I have studied it today with a looking glass but couldn’t see any mites.
