Doubt about Stapeliads

I have often flowers in my Stapeliads and Huernias, but I never get a capsule of seeds from them. I just had one from my Orbea variegata once.
My doubt is: Is it need two plants of the same specie for the pollination? The orbea made the capsule by itself, but is the easiest plant of this family.
I have right now many flowers of Stapelia flavopurpurea and I would like to try to polinate any flower, if possible. Do I need another plant???
