unknown columnar

Post by Lucy_V »

I grew this one from a seed mix I received from a vendor as a bonus for my purchase. Most seedlings were some kind of Ferocactus, but also a few columnar emerged. I am not good in identifying Cereus sp., my guesses were all over from C.peruvianus to Neobuxbaumia euphorbioides.. any help to narrow down to species will be greatly appreciated

If a freebie or in a mix, it's likely to be common in the locale where you got it. If Neobuxbaumia euphorbioides, the flower makes it well worth keeping :D
