Looks like Zygocactus (Schlumbergera) cv. 'Limelight Dancer'.
A lots of Zygocactus(Schlumbergera) caltivars/hybrids have similar flowers, which can also depends on growing conditions.

Your container is very shallow. It looks like it is one useful for Bonsai growing, but not really for your plant. Does it even have drainage? You will be wanting to repot after your plant finishes blooming and in the mean time make sure you don't flood your cacti. These cacti are jungle cacti and grow on the bark of trees under the forest canopy. They do not ever see full sun, but bright filtered light.

Don't repot till flowering is done. That top dressing of fine sand could be brushed out.
