Pot is 4"/10 cm. Plant is 2" high and wide and is very old (approx. 8 years) and neglected until recently.
Flowers are uninteresting white, but as you can see the fruits make up for it.
Sorry I don't have pix of the flowers. You can see some tiny new buds forming.
While repotting I discovered 2 seedlings at the base squished next to the side of the pot. It has never branched or made pups.

Eight years is not "very old". Many globular cacti enter maturity at this age. Just to mention. ID is correct.
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.
