Tephrocactus articulatus papyracanthus?

How would you call this plant?
The only name I can find for this one is Tephrocactus articulatus papyracanthus.
However, I have another plant tagged with this name, and it is quite different: segments are much more rounded and the spines are shorter, with wider base and are more curling (plants in the internet looks more like this).
So I wonder if it is something else, or just a different clone.
Thanks for any comments!

(Sorry I cant delete the buggy image!)

I's say it's Tephrocactus articulatus var. diadematus http://www.llifle.com/Encyclopedia/CACT ... diadematus . While the "inermis" form is more widely cultivated, the typical form does have spines. My "inermis" sometimes produces a few short spines which are similar to these except for length.

Really just natural variation. Every spine variation tends to get separated out in cultivation even though most variants may be seen in a population in habitat. The spines also vary from that brown colour to white in other clones. Whether you recognise the forms or lump them all under Tephrocactus articulatus is your personal choice. Nice to see it flowering since some forms are reluctant to do so, usually spreading by easily dropping their joints which soon root down,
