Are these springtails?...thrips?

Certainly not aphids? Move too fast compared to the green ones I see.

I found these on the pots of my Pereskiopsis grafts, which are in an organic mix that never really dries out completely.

This is on the bottom of a pot where I keep Drosera seedlings, soil is also organic and never dry.

Yes. I think they are springtails species Entomobrya atrocincta. Male and female have different characteristics.
