Used to be rubra now looks green is this normal ?

I think it's normal.
Because Lithops optica is the dominant gene, and cv. Rubra is recessive.
You need to consistant cross pollinate stronger coloured cv. Rubra to maintained the darker red/reddish-purple.
The one on the bottom right has better colour than the other 4.

The new growth just needs some more sun to turn it red
