This spring on of my Larryleachia cactiformis plants went crested on top.



This obviously is not affecting its blooming. Even it does quite early: before it happened ~ in July. Climate is changing?

If that doesn't look like an alien -- what does?
Lovely flowers, great plant, 7george. Very interesting to see the flowers in different stages. And it doesn't do that for the first time, does it? Really cool.
Never knew about them, now I want one, too.
